been lurking for a few weeks and glad I found this forum. I'm also semi active on a couple others but I should at least do the new member intro and get that out of the way

44 male,
Lifted hard for many years, got into a downward spiral for about 8 years and decided to get back to the right side of things at age 40. Started some trt, trained non stop. Found all my lost gains quickly and started making new improvements. Last 3 years been dabbling with a few compounds and cycles. Looking to achieve the best look I can for a not so young guy.
