I was shopping at Costco today and walked past some peanut butter powder and seen it said 8 grams of protein per tablespoon. That’s pretty damn good added a tablespoon to my shake today was wondering if anyone uses it and what you put it into?

Looking online for recipes but see a lot of cookies and Asian food ones guess oatmeal as well but I barley ever eat that any ideas let me know.

Made my shake taste delicious and I’m trying to finish a tub of a flavor I don’t like lol.

These Robert Irvine peanut butter protein bars are delicious as well on my 3rd box was paying $26 on Amazon $18 at Costco.

I use it a lot myself. I put it in shakes, oatmeal, cream of rice. You get that peanut butter flavor with out all the fat.

Powder sounds awesome. I run through about a jar a week.
if you’re not eating oats, you should be. They’re superfood bruh.
Lots of good things come from eating a cup of those a day.
Throw in some pb (or powder) and ground flax, got yourself a hearty breakfast.

I love those Robert Irvine Fitcrunch bars too, but are they healthy?
They taste too good to be true, and there is a long list of unpronounceable ingredients in them...

I don't know about the powder but peanut butter is full of fat. If you are just looking for a boost in protein, there are better options IMO.

Peanut butter is fuking delicious though:32 (19):

190 calories and 3 grams of sugar I think is amazing for what the taste is beats the shit out of eating garbage snacks and you get 16 grams of protein as well
