I'm nearing the end of a course, but not sure how to return to HT

Hi Guys,
I need some help please. I am 52 and have been practicing HT for about 2 years now, injecting 1ml a week of Testosterone. It has worked great. Recently, I needed to be in a shoot and thought to up my dose to 2ml a week. I was told that Trenbolin would work well from a fat burning perspective, when stacked with Testosterone and oral Winstrol.
Nov, Dec, Jan
2ml Testosterone, 2ml Trenbolin, every Monday
Oral Winstrol x2 daily


So here's my question...
I'm in great shape now, 210lbs at 8% - worked nicely for me.
but my hair is thinning fast, and nipples hurt (lol)
I want to return to my 1ml of Testosterone once per week.
Do I go off everything for a while and take androgens, (which and how long?)
Or can I simply return to the 1ml testosterone and hope my system catches up with testosterone production?


Not quite sure how to handle this, would appreciate some pointers

Ok, seems like there may be a slight language barrier for us Americans...lol

Seems like you’re on TRT and you did a blast. To go back to TRT just drop back to your maintenance dose of 1mL a week. If you have sore nipples I would recommend getting blood work to check estradiol and prolactin, because you were on tren, to see where they are at. You may need an AI or prolactin agent like caber if those are elevated

Just go back to your prescribed dose. If you’re having any issues or side effects get blooodwork to identify the cause.

I have some Nolvadex, but I'm not sure if I can use it whilst on my 1ml a week?

Yeah, SA and USA - same lingo, different meanings...- often... (napkins vs serviettes, robots vs lights and on and on...

The side effects actually go away when I ease back onto smaller doses

There are times when that would be appropriate, but it wouldn't be the norm. Without bloodwork, you're just guessing.
