Deca maintenance

What would be a decent dose of Deca to run weekly just to relieve joint pains?
I'm currently running Test 500,a wk,
Tren 100eod,
Mast 500 a wk.
So I'm only wanting to add a little deca only for joint issues!

I'm still experimenting with this. I'm thinking for me 50mg/wk doesn't seem to give total relief and 100mg/wk seems to get me to at least 75-80% of when I was blasting deca, but 150-200 gets me all the way there. I'm 68 with lots of arthritis and other joint issues though. It's likely a young and relatively healthy guy could maybe get by on 50.

I would also recommend at 100mg weekly. It has been helping me with that issue.

Yup, to echo what has been said. 100mg/wk seems to be the sweet spot for me as well.

You’ve been in this game too long to be asking questions like that.

Deca uses a very long ester. You’d only pin 2x/wk if your goal was to cultivate scar tissue:32 (19):

What others may do may not be a particularly good yard stick for you. People can be quite ignorant and/or plain old dumb.

didnt make it but about 1.5 wks. was splitting dose up 2x/wk and literally every single time i injected NPP or Deca... sick as hell. nausea and me and the toilet were BFFs
