Hows it going fellas, always on Ology so it just seemed right to join in on the fun over here. A lot of familiar faces and a legit setup I must say...
For those of you who don't know me I've been training and eating right for over 4years...I was one fat bastard in HS, well over 200lbs/25%bf...cut down to 145 ~8%bf...currently sitting @170 10% (5'8)
I'm 22, finishing up my masters degree at the University at Buffalo, concentration finance. Got one (test only, Z gear) cycle under my belt when I was 21 last september and I just started a test/mast cycle (PEA gear)...My ideal weight is to be 190lbs @8%
Max lifts:
Deads- 400
Squats- 365
Bench- 275
Power Clean- 195
Standing Press- 175
