Got out of the shower last night and realized I have a red tint all over my skin and got super freaked out. I read that it’s a sign of high estrogen and to use AI? Any truth to this? Anyone else experience this?

I hate to ask a stupid question, but why not go get an ultrasensative e2 blood test done? Or is that something you've already done?

Guessing at what your adex protocol should be without first knowing what your actual e2 is just seems like a recipe to end up yo-yo'ing your estrogen levels. I'm not telling you what to do, just some advice before you take either adex you don't need, or too much adex, and experience estro crash+rebound.
