I’m 33 years old female, 5’6 160lbs. Lift 4-5 days a week mostly CrossFit and power lifting, looking to get into bodybuilding, currently on a cut tracking macros and all that jazz. Looking for advice and just to learn from experienced body builders.
one thing I’ve ran into is struggling with my diet mainly when I’m working. I work shift work 12.5 hours at 7 day then 7 nights with 14 days off. When I’m on shift I lift 3-4 days depending on how fatigued I’m feeling.

welcome to the board. 14 days straight of working a swing shift like that makes me fatigued just thinking about it..

What board is the best to post it on? Should in post my macros set up or my meals I’ve been prepping?

What Board? Here! :- )

Or do you mean where to post your food prep? Go to the main forum and start a topic in which ever section you think is appropriate for that particular discussion. Food prep and meals are always great to share.

Welcome!

Welcome to UG. You can diet without being a bodybuilder, you can not be a bodybuilder without dieting. I'm not sure what level you want to take this to but it can get extreme if you plan on competing. Dieting for a show comes down to two things, knowledge and discipline.
