    Newbie here

Iím 33 years old female, 5í6 160lbs. Lift 4-5 days a week mostly CrossFit and power lifting, looking to get into bodybuilding, currently on a cut tracking macros and all that jazz. Looking for advice and just to learn from experienced body builders.
one thing Iíve ran into is struggling with my diet mainly when Iím working. I work shift work 12.5 hours at 7 day then 7 nights with 14 days off. When Iím on shift I lift 3-4 days depending on how fatigued Iím feeling.

welcome to the board. 14 days straight of working a swing shift like that makes me fatigued just thinking about it..

    What Board? Here! :- )

Or do you mean where to post your food prep? Go to the main forum and start a topic in which ever section you think is appropriate for that particular discussion. Food prep and meals are always great to share.

    Welcome!

Welcome to UG. You can diet without being a bodybuilder, you can not be a bodybuilder without dieting. I'm not sure what level you want to take this to but it can get extreme if you plan on competing. Dieting for a show comes down to two things, knowledge and discipline.
