Hi all ,
Hope whoever see this is well and nailing whatever goals they have ,
Forgive any formatting issues as on phone right now please ,

Intro of myself ,
26 y/o male ,
Played rugby more or less all my life till about 21 (damn concusions),
Got into powerlifting and was obsessed for 4 years , not huge numbers but ok I suppose (S:235KG , B:135kg , DL:265kg)
Gained a fair bit of weight during this time ,topping off at 118kg and looked and felt awful ,
The past year I focused more on bodybuilding style workouts and dropped a decent amount of weight going from 115kg to 97kg , sitting at about 101kg as of right now ,
Goals for the future , continue to cut weight , ultimately somewhere 85 - 90kg as a target ,
In lockdown where I'm at still so home workouts is the name of the game at the moment but hoping gyms open up back in the next month or so ,
That's more or less it ,
Thanks for reading all !

Welcome mate. You will find many like minded guys here. Some are funny and sarcastic so take posts in stride:)
I see you are very focused on scale weight at the time, BBer are often more concerned about proper arm:waist:thighs ratios, bf% etc.
If you are lifting in more of a BBing rep range and style, maybe you can keep those parameters in mind as well..it helps. scales scare me.

Best,

Good point , I think that weight range was just what I had in mind but really it's what I see in the mirror that will let me know how I'm doing , even though I'm sure there's the huge probability of never being fully happy with that either

Welcome. Pull up a chair.

Rugby is a helluva sport. Have friends who have played overseas and it's not for the faint of heart.
