    Also I didn't mean to be insulting on the 1st video it's just one should never miss a lift on a leg press not on the 1st rep lol.

    it's cool i was a power lifter in a previous life and i still get off on moving big weight. does not matter what lift lol

    You can even open up your stance a little wider if you like ken! But it's all about preference. Good job though brother!!! Now we want the buildup to the reps of 15!!! :tren:

    I go as wide as possible on a hack but leg pres I mix it up, I even work wide as can on both forcing knees out like a squat.

    Yea same here SF, that way one week I can get more hammies involved and then the other more quad. I always have to keep it switching. I love box squats and porn star squats.

    Ur brave man. On big leg press i start my push at the bottom lock. Not at the top, then unlock and lower the weight and then start the push... Im paranoid (or pussy) however u want to call it...lol
