    Top 5 weightlifting exercises

If you could only pick 5 weightlifting exercises for all your workouts, what would they be?
    Will work for test.

Depends what I'm training for. PL? BB?

More than likely though it would still be the primary compound movements since I'm limited to just 5 exercises.

    * A horizontal pressing exercise (bench if I'm training fer PL, prolly DBs if BB or just gym ratting around)
    * An overhead pressing exercise (strict OHP is already in me rotation so lets just keep that then)
    * A deadlifting exercise (sumo if I'm training for a PL comp, possibly trap bar deads if BB or just gym rat)
    * A squatting exercise (comp squat if PL, possibly front squats if BB)
    * Curls in the squat rack (need no explanation)

    Chinups (underhand grip)
    Bentover OH Grip BB Rows
    DB Bench Press (slight incline)
    DB OH Presses
    Squats

    Chinups also hit the biceps.
BO Rows will also work the hamstrings.
The 2 presses also hit the triceps.
Squats hit a lot of stuff.

    The other half is physical.

Incline bench, pull-ups, squats, barbell rows, ohp. Picking only 5 is tough, I would workout my calves through incline treadmill. Juss a lil loophole, don't be mad op
