Hey names Jay 23 years old from Edmonton Alberta just looking for some in depth help on my research for my first ever cycle.
ive been working out on and off since I was 18, my highest weight was 150lbs 5”7 low body fat I considered myself pretty fit and I was planning on bulking up but I did suffer a pretty bad rotator cuff injury put me out for 6 months right before my city had its first serious lockdown pretty much keeping me out of the gym for more than a year I believe as of now, I just started working out again and now eating at surplus of 2800 calorie diet and am moving forward, my friend competes in triathlons and body builds aswell I understand he has his stacks and routine set up already (I don’t want to speak on stacks just yet until I have done my full research) I just wanted to have some sort of basic questions answered before I start, I do plan on working out naturally for 6 months with my old meal/workout plan just to gain some of the muscle memory back and get in my mind state again, my main questions as of the moment are
1.) what if I begin a GH/TEST stack and I am in the middle of it and another lockdown occurs and I have no access to gym weights
2.) my friend says among his stack he takes 250mg of test a week, and GH, and estrogen inhibit, he uses needles and I am cringed out by needles
Just wondered if you think oral anabolics are just as good as test cyphinaye/eth, I have heard they may cause male pattern baldness
3.) I do only plan to take my stack (when perfected research) for 6 months-year if possible at moderate doses I do not want to make anabolics an everyday part of my life, I am looking to be 175lbs with 18-23% body fat.
I understand people take steroids and raise the amount throughout the weeks in there cycle, I was curious is I could take a same moderate amount throughout(ex. Maintain 250mg of test each week for my entire stack before PTC)
just wanted to clear up these kinda basic questions I am still doing deep research on stacks at the moment so I will return when I think I have found out enough info.
