Sup? Been lurking on here for a little bit. Been slacking for a few years but about to get back into it and start lifting again. I was over my buddies last weekend drinking some beers in his garage and he had a bench set up. Threw down a couple sets and it felt great. Haven't benched or lifted in about a year and a half but it felt great. Even the soreness feels great. I need to be at the gym at 4am in order to work out and need to to be able to shower and head to work. 24 hour fitness isn't open until 5am and no showers still because of Covid. So until they open back up to full capacity I'm gonna start jogging, doing push ups and utilizing the dumbbells I have at home. And cutting back on the Beers lol.
