I eat what spongy tells me to. I like things easy I found that I have great discipline and follow directions pretty well LOL
This is what I eat almost everyday. I have a cheat meal about every 2 weeks. I have tweaked it a little. Like I use sweet potatoes instead of brown rice. My cheat thing is a diet dr. pepper after every half gallon of water. I also added 1 tbsp of peanut butter twice a day for extra calories. I have been on this diet since Jan. and it keeps me around 8%- 10% bf. I'm on a cycle right now so i will be adding more cals soon.
Meal 1
7 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
1 ½ cup oats (measured raw)
Meal 2
6oz deli turkey
4 slices of Ezekiel bread (or non-enriched ww bread, the Ezekiel bread is the better option!)
Tomato, lettuce, pickles basic sandwich stuff
Mustard, and minimal fat free mayo
Meal 3
8oz of your choice fresh water fish (optimally tilapia, if tuna/salmon please do 6oz)
1 cup brown rice
1 cup salad
1/2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
Meal 4
6oz chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Meal5
50g whey shake
½ bagel and 1 yellow banana
Meal 6
6oz new york strip steak
1/2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
1 cup broccoli
Same here i eat whatever Spongy tells except for greek yogurt, Nasty!!
