i personally worry about getting enough protein if i can do that i figure everything else will work it's self out. now i do try and limit simple sugar's no soda for me

for my protein sources ken,i eat chicken,solid white albacore tuna fish,2% cottage cheese,lean ground beef,steak,shirlon etc throughout the day,i dont keep up with my intake of calories,protein,carbs or fats,i need to,but i just wing it and eat evry 2-3 hours and with good food

I have eggs everywhere! Hardboiled. I eat em all day long. I cook chicken breasts up and have 'em at the ready. I need more red meat. I've gotten away from it for no good reason...other than the women in my family. They don't eat it I guess. I eat a shit load of tuna too. I love diet pepsi. I drink lots of it. Not good....but i don't booze at all so its my weakness. Fresh spinach salads with tomatos all day long. I pack a lunch box with those freezer things to keep my shit cold. I eat bananas and peaches and plums. MORE RED MEAT!

Meal 1: 8egg whites - cup of oatmeal. 1-2 cups of coffee.

Meal 2: turkey sandwich on white bread. Cup of yogurt.

Meal 3: cup of br, either two chicken breasts or two talapia.

Meal 4: protein shake and banana or apple. Cup of oates in the shake with a table spoon of pb. Will sometimes sub fruit for a mini bagel.

Meal 5: half sweet potatoe, chicken or talapia again. Cup of broc or mixed veggies. Steak every
now and then.

Meal 6: another shake w oates and pb.

This is not what i have been following for the past 6 months. Started subbing in more shakes and fruit recently. Trying to drop some weight.

Offseason I eat something like this:

8 eggs, 4 egg whites, 1.5 cup oats

8 oz chicken breast, 1.5 cup rice, 1/2 cup almonds

50g whey isolate, 0.5 cup oats, 2 TBS natural PB

8 oz chicken breast or ground turkey, 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup almonds

8 oz lean ground beef, 10 oz sweet potato

8 oz lean ground beef, 1 whole avocado

if still hungry before bed, 6-8 eggs and a tall glass of skim milk


...Usually have sushi, a burger, and pizza at least once a week each to maintain sanity (and I stay pretty lean)

i use egg whites by egg whites international they come in a jug with a pump and i just put it in a glass and pour gator aid or juice over it and down it goes no cooking or messing with it. try to do that twice a day 20 grams of protein per. then steak or chicken 2 more times, or tuna. bread with sandwiches, rice, beans and potatoes as side corn, mix in a trip to the salad bar. and of course a shake every now and then. i actually need to eat more just not hungry and am shitting my brains out anyway

nothing set here....

just try to eat 35-40g pro each meal, slow carbs, healthy fats, etc etc

I work the 8-5 deal, so im out to lunch ED with co workers.... needless to say they dont pick out the healthy places so i am often eating my cheat meals for lunch. but if my diet has been slacking il go home and eat chicken + rice.


i dont watch the scale, the mirror tells no lies.

Meal 1- plain oatmeal, mixed with 6 egg whites and nuked. 1 bannana, 1/2 cup of blue berries
Meal 2- 2 cans of tunna on water, bout a cup of broccolis 1 slice of wheat bread.
Meal 3- 1 chicken breast, brown rice broccoli. Apple
Meal 4- 1/2 lb ground beef brown rice
Meal 5- 1 chicken breast, brown rice broccoli apple
Meal 6- 1/2 lb ground beef brown rice
Meal 7- 1 chicken breast, brown rice broccoli

I rotate the 3 chicken meals with either salmon, steak or tunna fish on a weekle basis to keep it somewhat different.
I have put on 22 clean pounds on this cycle so far. Week9 test e 500/ week.

I would like to post my diet but respect for three j i can go heavy into details but I eat chicken breast wheat bread turkey burger salads sweet yams , peanut butter

This is what I eat almost everyday. I have a cheat meal about every 2 weeks. I have tweaked it a little. Like I use sweet potatoes instead of brown rice. My cheat thing is a diet dr. pepper after every half gallon of water. I also added 1 tbsp of peanut butter twice a day for extra calories. I have been on this diet since Jan. and it keeps me around 8%- 10% bf. I'm on a cycle right now so i will be adding more cals soon.

Meal 1

7 egg whites

1 whole egg

1/2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

1 ½ cup oats (measured raw)


Meal 2

6oz deli turkey

4 slices of Ezekiel bread (or non-enriched ww bread, the Ezekiel bread is the better option!)

Tomato, lettuce, pickles basic sandwich stuff

Mustard, and minimal fat free mayo


Meal 3

8oz of your choice fresh water fish (optimally tilapia, if tuna/salmon please do 6oz)

1 cup brown rice

1 cup salad

1/2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking


Meal 4

6oz chicken breast

1 cup brown rice

1/2 tablespoon olive oil


Meal5

50g whey shake

½ bagel and 1 yellow banana


Meal 6

6oz new york strip steak

1/2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

1 cup broccoli

I eat what spongy tells me to. I like things easy I found that I have great discipline and follow directions pretty well LOL

during the week I'm pretty good. I eat eggs, egg whites and real oatmeal and then through out the day I eat chicken with brown rice or broccoli a few times a day. Tina fish. dinner will be red meat usually. weekends I go off a little when I has my son.

Dude get some fage with acia bery and blue berries in it 0 fat it is good also chobani dark cherry 0 fat They rock!
