Thank you for the warm welcome guys. Well like I said ive been lifting for a few years. Mainly bodybuilding style of training with a brief bout with cross fit. I like the progress I had been making in the gym as far as strength and aesthetics, but wanted more than I had been getting. I have experimented with sarms and am currently running RD140. Started about 3 weeks ago. I understand that may have not been the best choice, but thats why i am here. I want to make sure I run my pct correctly at the end of this cycle and get more solid info on what I will do on my next cycle. I'm here to learn and soak up as much info as I can.
