Hey guys, two quick noobie questions I figured I'd throw out there. I realize there are many vets on this forum but what the hell, If one person besides myself get's any benefit out of this thread it works out pretty well in my eyes!
1. So how should one go about working out after injecting into a muscle. IE - You inject test into your quad 4 hours before you hit legs in the gym. How would this effect your workout? Negatively or not at all? Is the pain / injection enough to hinder the workout at all?
2. Where is the best place to inject? I do not mean best muscle to inject into but specifically the best place in your house, meaning a tiled area, carpeted area, etc. It seems to me personally logically maybe a bathroom (for privacy aswell), after cleaning the counters off with Clorox or something just to be safe (for placing vials on etc), then just sitting on the shitter to inject or having that mirror there would be of great benefit.
