Had my follow up today for my TRT today. He told me that to help keep my estrogen levels down I shouldn't eat chicken because it's high in estrogen. WTF! I eat chicken at least 4 days out of the week!
Looked online, and see a bunch of stuff from 2010-2017 range from Bodybuilding.com calling it crap. Stating that the butter made from lactating cows would have more estrogen. Is doc just hesitant to prescribe an ai?
