My one son decided to get back into lifting; actually asked for a routine. Last night I went into the Snake Pit and saw this so we needed to have a talk.

I told him, "First thing, put your fuukin weight away. But more importantly, you need to put some weight on the calf machine. 50 lbs of any reps is not going to do it. Unfortunately, you have been cursed with your fathers calves so you need to work them and work them as hard as any other body part.

Na this is his younger brother. The oldest had his dad's work ethic, this one not so much. Still, its better than playing video games.

At least he is lifting some, the other pieces can be shaped over time.

Awesome that he decided to get back into it.

And few gym sins are greater then not reracking ones weights.
