Blood Work results posting question

I know I've seen it several times before, but would appreciate it if someone who knows how to edit the lab results PDF(LabCorp) so that I can remove my personal info. The document is "locked" and uneditable, so I'm guessing I would need to use software. This way I can simply attach it to a posting for members to see.
I have tried opening it in Paint, Word, Wordpad...renaming the file extension, all to no joy. Suggestions?

Do a print screen then edit the image in MS Paint. Or print it and use a sharpie to mark everything out and take picture, then upload the picture...just a couple suggestions.
