Hey all. Just wanted introduce myself. It's been about 9 years now since I was in the gym and wanted to see what all has changed. I am 45 yrs so it has been hard starting up again lol. This forum has been good. Lots of reading so it looked like a good place to make some friends and see what's new on the market.
Have a good one and hope to here from some of you.

The most newbie friendly board anywhere. Good luck bro.

Go ahead and post some before pics if you want, can keep you motivated. We aren't all buff bodybuilders here bud, we got regular TRT guys like me and powerlifters all around. We won't judge, just try to help you with anything you need.

I got some protein for like 35 bucks for a 5 pound bag at costco. Tastes great. Others use nutraplanet.

Thanks for the suggestions. As of right now I am on a good diet lots of tuna, chicken, rice, beans, sect. I'm just not a big eater so I don't think I am getting the protein I need. I am at 155 right now. So that's the reason for the whey. I am in marlow oklahoma just east of lasting. This chrome has been great fast replies. Thanks again

Keep working and the appetite will follow. For now of you're using a protein powder try throwing some dry oats in the mix to up the cals.

Welcome to SI. I have been here around a week or so and everyone here is very friendly and helpful. You picked a great forum site to join. As for whey I use Muscle FX and love it.
