Hello, New to the forum/site. Looking for advice, guidance and to extend knowledge.

Not sure what my BF% is. I can tell you that I do have some ab chub lol. Not fat by anymeans, just ab chub. If BF% is needed, I can tape myself this evening and post them up...
No exp with AAS.
My routine consists of weight training 4-5 days a week and cardio 1-2 days a week.
I supplement with BCAA's, Flaxseed & Fish Oil, Isolate & Casein Proteins.
Drink approx. 1 gal of H2O a day.
Diet consists of a 50/40/10 (Protein/Carb/Fats) type regimine.
I am a Hardgainer and always have been. I am able to burn the chub off fast just not put on muscle. I could put on extremely small amounts of muscle when I was in the military and alot younger lol, but now that I am abit older I'm finding that its a little harder to do.
