    Support supplements, too much or too little

    Heres what i run yearly, i try to run all of these supplements throughout the year, lets be serious.. We need our health and if these things work then why not take them. I dont take orals except i will be taking anavar in next cycle

    Let me know what i am missing or if i am taking too much. The dosage depends if i am cycling or not, so i left the dosage out.. This is more general



    Fish Oil
    Liv 52
    Vitamin D3
    Aspirin

    AI life support (which contains)

    red yeast rice
    NAC
    milk thistle
    hawthorn berry
    nettle root
    celery seed extract
    idebenone
    policosonol

    I use some Vit C along with my supps cause is found that helps with the cortisol specially when it takes before workout

    That Life Support is really good shit. I also use that along with a multi, vitamin c, glucosamine.

    I only use:
    Multi vit
    Fish oil
    Vit c
    And food, shit tons of it.

    Glutamine(fights cortisol)
    Branched Chain Aminos
    Whey protein 50gms about 3x/day
    Fish Oil
    Zinc
    Multi Minerals
    A,B complex,C 1000,D,E

    Seems like you have a lot of liver protection for someone who doesn't take orals. Here is what I take:
    Multi
    Fish Oil
    Vitamin D3
    Creatine

    I would drop the Liv52, AI (unless you are running orals...then i would choose one) and aspirin.

    Here's what run:

    Fish oil
    Multi vitamin
    D (is you need it - most people do)
    Creatine
    Grub...lots and lots of clean food

    I add liver support when I am running orals.

    My kitchen counter looks like crap, it needs to be replaced. OH, and its covered with stinkin pill bottles!!
