I haven't started a cycle yet, but I have gathered 90% of the material. I am headed out of the country in NOV for 6 mos, so I have to figure out the right time and logistics of getting my stuff, lol.

I have been lifting since 20 and 145lbs. Did an idiot cycle my second year lifting for about a 15lb gain. Been clean since. Looking for about 10lbs and to improve some lagging areas.
