    I live a busy life and going to the gym is not something which I can fit into my everyday routine. As my lifestyle is so busy, I often find that I donít have the time to run to the store, purchase special ingredients, and follow complex diets.

    Still, I realized I needed to do something about my weight. A couple of months ago, I found myself anxiously trying to zip up my jeans when I realized I had gained a lot of weight. Despite my best efforts to improve my diet, I was hungry all of the time. I guess you could say I was both disappointed and angry with myself.

    My pallets don't eat, I usually just stack stuff on them.
