Give your kidneys a break and skip it while 'on'.

personally i use creatine while on cycle and it helps me,but as with your kidneys,i went to a Nephrologist(Kidney Specialist) because y creatinine level was elevated and kidney function was elevated,i thought it was the creatine, but he told me that if your kidneys are normal and never had problems with them creatine will not hurt them, plus my blood urea nitrogen level was high in my kidneys, making my kidneys work a little harder

the reason, was my diet......alot of protein in my diet!!!! He said people that lift and follow strict high protein diets, thier kidney function will be elevated always

even my doctor is a weight lifter and his kidney function was elevated, said it was quiet normal for all guys and gals like us

so i feel much better about it

Bullseye, I had similar results from my last blood / lab work and my GP nearly wet herself out of panic. I take a liver protectant, plus NAC, PLUS a kidney supp. Did your Doc give you any suggestions to manage the situation or what is more or less "Dont worry about it, its normal"?

Bloody cool that your Doc is also a weightlifter. He should be able to relate to our body types far better than the typical GP (eg. MINE :) )

no not really any advice,he told me mine was quiet normal and not to worry about it,the only thing is that he said if its raising your BP then things need to change, cause your kidneys and adrenal glands on your kidneys regulate your BP...

i take NAC and thats it and saw palmetto for my prostate, and drink over a gallon of water a day to keep my kidneys cleaned out
