30 years old
200lbs
5'7"
3 years experience
1st cycle

Weeks 1-12 500mg test E (250mg on Monday and Thursday)

Weeks 15-18 Clomid 50/50/50/50 Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Now, I got some Aromasin but I'm not sure what to do with it let alone if I should even use it.

your cycle looks good bro..Make sure your diet is perfect and as far as the Ai goes take it when u feel the need.The best thing to do is get bloods 3 weeks in see where your e2 is at

Protien shake and granola cereal for breakfast
Chicken breast with wild rice with grapes for lunch
Chicken breast with wild rice with grapes for pre workout meal
Chicken breast with wild rice with grapes for post workout meal with protien shake
Cottage cheese before bed

The chicken breast would be grilled and the grapes frozen ;)

I'm so over chicken, even reading that makes me want to eat a steak.

Cycle looks good. Like BB said, get bloods done a few weeks after you start. If your e2 is elevated then start on a low dose aromasin. If you don't get bloods, be on the look out for high e signs, bloat, itchy or sensitive nips, moodiness, ect.

The shake as a meal is a no no... I would trow in there eggs, oats and some fruits fror breakfast.

Cycle looks good keep your diet clean and training tough, you should be seeing some nice gains!
