    food

    if any of you fokkers like to cook what is your favorite meal and how do you prepare it ........looking for new food ideas


    mine would have to be chicken mole and rice pretty simple actually

    get some chicken breasts 2 or 3

    1 can of mole sauce

    whoe wheat flour tortillas

    rice

    basically just boil the chicken shred it and pour it in the mole sauce warm your tortillas then roll and wrap the rice is pretty much self explanantory its just a basic meal not too healthy for you but its fire!!

    Well I'm usually eating out of tupperwares which sucks... But at night I usually have a beef meal or two. Those I make sure I cook to order. And I don't care for fancy shit on my steak. Good quality grass fed beef, while 22 bucks a pound only requires salt and pepper to taste perfect.

    Sides vary depending on my mood. Sometimes a real hearty bread and I'll make a giant sandwich out of it with horseradish...

    But if I'm on a keto diet, I make my signature...

    Pan Seared Diver Scallops with an Avocado Puree, Cilantro and Jalapeno Pesto served on a flax seed low carb tortilla chip thing that my girl buys

    I love to eat chicken with mangu (green platans) first
    I cut the chicken breast in chunks then wash in lemon juice then put food coloring Sazon Goya then I season it with home made sofrito which is onions garlic solantro green and red peppers all in a blender and makes sofrito. So u season that bitch and put some non stick spray Pam on the pan with low heat. Next peel the platano and scrape the skin cut in pieces and put into boiling water and add some salt. When platoon is done take a bowl and put them there smash it and add butter and the how water u used to boil , take the chicken breast put on plate with the mangu and add the sauce u have that was cooking with the breast on the mangu! Oh yea baby!

    Yeah lots of good fats from the avocado and the carbs are very minimal in the particular tortilla thing. I think its got like 5 carbs or something. And you can adjust how much avocado you put on based on your needs.

    Damitt jada....well i know what im eating this weekend.
    Lately i been boiling chicken in vinegar, adobo goya, sazon, and knorr chicksn broth powder... Not too bad.

    I'm a fan of sea food and I love fish. If I'm lazy I'll go get rainbow trout from Red Lobster (Not the Healthiest). When my fridge is stocked, I'll usually have tilapia and or salmon. Tilapia is pan seared with some lemon pepper seasoning, Salmon usually gets some creole seasoning to add a little spice. Sides vary, I like to melt fat free kraft singles over my broccoli (Also not so healthy). I could eat fish every day of my life.

    I only cook during the week-end when I have a day off. Cooking for myself is a waste of time anyway. I wish I would cook for two.

    I usually make egg plant parmigiana. Not really light but it tastes good.

    I can make some pretty good Chicken and Yellow Curry. I talked the owner of a Thai resturant into telling me how to make it.

    My staple meal is baked chicken breast w olive oil, black pepper and garlic.

    My cheat meals are ground turkey, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, heat until it thickens then serve over whole wheat pasta.

    I'll also keep the extra pasta and eat it with the many chicken breasts I described above.

    Chicken and Yellow Curry

    1 fairly large Wok
    1.5lb Chicken breast
    4 med sized Potatoes
    1 white Onion
    2 cups steamed white rice
    Mae Ploy Yellow Curry Paste (Asian Food Store)
    4 16 oz cans Coconut milk (Asian Food Store)
    Soy Bean oil (Or Lixus Test 300 same ****ing thing) (Eroids)

    - Stir fry 1.5 table spoon of yellow curry mix with 1 tbspoon of soybean oil then add one can of coconut milk.

    - Add 1.5 lb of sliced chicken breast (cut to desired size) and another can of coconut milk and heat until boiling.

    - A 4 medium sized potatoes cubed and half a sliced onion, half cup of water and cook until vegetables soften.

    - Add 2 tbsooons of sugar and add more coconut milk if needed. (The coconut milk will help tone down the spice)


    Serve over steamed white rice.
