no comparison but i have had shoulder surgeries and my arms don't bend back far enough to grip a bar. as machines go it's ok

I know exactly how you feel. I can barely get my left arm on there and have to have my aems spread out almost to the caddys. Cant grip it traditionally.

awesome:) Never seen anyone use that before, I know my gym doesn't even have one. I also have issues with my shoulders holding the free bar, I just try to do legs a few days after shoulders but once in a while that still isn't good enough and I can't do them.

I'm in the same boat but pre surgery but if you get a Safety Squat Bar you can free squat again I just got one!

fuck they are pricey

I walk mine in and out with a heavy bag in my other hand, I support the bar on my shoulder and walk it.

I will not donate a piece of equipment like that!
