    Crock Pot Chicken

    Here's a chicken recipte I have been using since I started up with Spongy.

    Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 6-12
    Chicken Broth 1/2 can
    Seasoning packet of choice

    I grab various seasoning packets at the store such as Taco, Lemon Pepper, Garlic and herb etc.

    Wash the chicken breasts and trim any fat
    place in crock pot, add chicken broth and sprinkle on seasoning

    Cook on high approximately 4 hours or until chicken falls apart with a fork

    You can also cook on low for 6-8 hours.

    Once complete I pour the whole mess into a huge bowl and portion it out as needed.

    Super easy!

    I do that but add carrots, mushrooms, garlic cloves, etc

    No salt seasoning makes it zero sodium, add the veggies like Chris says and it's a meal. Yeah man crock pot chicken shreds perfectly, ****ing awesome!

    Ee are having crock pot pork tenderloins tonight ;-)

    Yup im with sponge as well and have done this as well as bbq, canned chicken, and his diets are awesome as u hve choices and can eat healthy on the cheap! Man its great
