    Fastest way to increase good cholesterol

    I was wondering the fastest way to raise good cholesterol.

    I have been on hrt/trt for nearly 2 years and I just completed a 3 month cycle of accutane.

    My blood test indicate my good cholesterol is down and lipids are out of whack.

    I have some killer primo 250mg, mast p, and liquid anavar I'd like to run. But, I am in a holding pattern until this situation corrects itself.

    What foods, supps, and such do you think would be most beneficial?

    Assistance greatly appreciated!

    statins are probably the quickest way, so i agree with christosterone. there are other things you can do that will have some impact, such as psyllium husk fiber.

    additionally, watching what you eat will also help

    reduce fat intake to 25 or 30% of your total daily caloric intake
    reduce how much saturated fat you eat
    reduce the total amount of cholestoral you eat

    additionally:

    daily cardio at least 30mins a day
    lose weight


    this would be a good start

    those must be the scripted meds for cholestrol? so say your lipids go out of whack on cycle can you go to a doc and get those meds prescribed and start taking them until your lipos are back to normal again and stop taking them once you're off cycle? it's not like something you have to take forever right? since at this point it's not likely from running a cycle here and there and with lipids out of whack that's permanent? aside from the AAS i imagine we're all eating the right foods, healthy in our diet etc.
