    First cycle here

    hey guys new to this site and just pin myself for the first time i have a few questions if anyone could help me out when they are talking about 40 40 20 20 what does that mean?

    If youre referring to PCT it means over a four week period, you take 40 mg/day for week 1 and week 2, then 20 mg/day for weeks 3 and 4.

    Ive been following your chat room conversation and I think you might want to stop what youre doing until youve learned a bit more. Im not flaming you because we dont do that on this board but the questions youre asking should have answers and be understood before pinning anything. Lots of great people here willing to help.

    Yes but you should have clomid too. What about an AI? Do you have that on hand in case estrogen gets to high?

    Dude, you need to listen to pirovo, stop what you're doing. Spend some time reading through the forums and understand what all is included for a COMPLETE cycle. Here, I'll prove my point: before you pinned that 500mg of Test E you got bloodwork done so that you know what your starting Lipids are as well as Testosterone, right? It was a rhetorical question, I already know the answer.

    Goals:

    Cycle Plan:
    How many weeks long?

    What compounds?

    What doses for each compound?

    What is your plan for PCT?

    Answer these in that format and we'll help get you on the right track with a safe cycle or we may suggest you stop where you are to avoid any damage until you're ready.

    As i said you will find all the members here more than willing to help you do this correctly and safely. A great beginning would be to fill out POBs questionnaire because it does affect the help we can provide. Then start reading all the stickys and beginners posts to educate yourself a bit so you understand what to ask and our answers as well. You are in a fantastic place for the help you need believe me.     Hey man, not trying to be rude but if your 6ft tall and 156lbs, you need to EAT.

    your diet is what will help you gain, and without that the "gear" you are planning to run will be a total waste.

    Stop what your doing,get your diet and training in check, gain 20-30lbs of muscle MINIMUM before u even THINK of running a cycle.....


    I'm sure the other guys will agree with me for the most part..

    Also, you plan on running 500mg of test e or 250mg, what u wrote doesn't make sense

    What about PCT? nova? Clomid? Do u have an AI?

    You didn't research this much did you? I suggest u really dig thru this forum as best u can, gather up as much info as possible before u continue before u do irreversible damage to yourself.

    U really have a LOT to learn bro. Like every one said, don't pin anymore until u do the above.

    Breakfast:
    1.5 cups raw oatmeal
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
    1 TBS flax oil (cinnamon flavored flax oil works well with oatmeal too)


    Midmorning Snack:
    1 cup skim milk
    1 large piece of fruit with 1 TBS natural peanut butter
    1 low-fat mozzarella stick


    Lunch:
    2 cups egg salad on 2 whole wheat pitas
    1 banana


    Afternoon Snack:
    1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
    1 cup blueberries
    2 TBS wheat germ
    1 TBS honey


    Dinner:
    6 oz grilled salmon
    1 large sweet potato
    1 cup cut green beans
    1 cup skim milk


    After Dinner Snack:
    Peanut butter smoothie

    Personally, I'd say your not eating enough at all.

    That's great you are eating clean, and are splitting up your meals eating every few hours but the foods you are eating must be your bare minimum maintenance amounts....

    You need to eat some chicken, beef, rice, potatoes, WHOLE milk, maybe throw some ensure plus in with your meals if you have a hard time gaining

    U should probably double your intake of cals, protein, and carbs bro

    You started this way too early....... Personally I don't see enough protein in your diet at all. At least I need way more protein than that.

    When I first began my steroid journey I thought that it was going to make it twice as easy for me to gain muscle. In reality it is 10 times harder than naturally gaining. You must be consistent and you must watch your body close..... And most importantly you must EDUCATE yourself.

    To get an idea of what I eat, my BREAKFAST and snack contains more protein than your whole day, and I'm not a big huge dude either


    I eat 6 fried eggs over easy, 2 slices cheddar, 4 slices bacon, with home made hash browns (whole potato) on a toasted and buttered wheat Portuguese roll

    Ensure plus to drink and 8oz whole milk

    Snack - met Rex big 100 meal replacement bar, ensure plus, small portion chicken and rice


    Don't get me wrong, I don't eat clean, but this is how I gain weight and it works for me....
