Support Supps

When running simple cycles like testosterone or blasting and cruising with testosterone, what are some vital support supplements/vitamins to take?

I'm not currently on cycle, I just want to know what I should take to ensure that my blood pressure stays in a reasonable range, that my lipids don't get too messed up, kidneys and liver stay healthy.

Hawthorn berry is good. Celery seed extract works as well, same goes for fish oil/krill oil. All 3 lower BP.

Liver aids??? go for liver 52, but thats if your using orals as well. just test wont require that.

if you were going to use some d bol than yes the liver52 but 500mg of tes E is not toxic.

heres what Yaya takes..

when on cycle
fish oil 2 1000mg soft gels
aspirin 1 81mg
live 52 1 at morning, 1 at night
life support from anabolic innovations 2 caps in the AM and 2 caps at PM
Multi for Men

off cycle

SAME THING... with this lifestyle i would rather be safe then sorry

life support from anabolic innovations is actually a great supplement, has everything... i dont even even take many orals at all, but since i drink at times and take injectables i think its best i cover all areas

NAC gets high marks from me. Excellent anti oxidant.

I also run NOW Liver Support (have used Liv 52 in the past) and Krill Oil.

Add in a multi (eg. Vitamin Shoppe's "From the Earth") and you're g2g.

This obviously does not consider AI's and prolactin control supps.

Usually take
Vit d 5-10,000 iu's because low vit d has very detrimental effects on a lot of stuff even low t

Niacin 500-1000 mlg a day for cholesterol

Garlic 1,000 mlg
Vit e 400 iu

Alive vitamins for men adds energy stuff and a slue of other great stuff

Plan to add a shit ton of other stuff for high bp and cholesterol from a past thread i have here at SI!!

Plus want to add liv52 and 6000 mlg of fish oil for cholesterol and joints and stuff!

Multi-Vitamin - overall health

Fish oil - joints, heart, cholesterol

Glucosamine/ Chondroitin/ MSM w/hyraulonic acid -joints

Red Yeast Rice - cholesterol

Taurine - pumps and cramping

Milk thistle and Dandelion root - liver

Aspirin - BP

NOTE--a recent study has debunked fish oil as a cardiovascular support...also the amount of Omega 3 you get from capsules are little to none. One can of tuna a week is equivalent to taking like 1-2grams of fish oil caps a day.

I'll look again for this study and post it up.
