Ok, so I'm trying to figure out my HCG dosage. The dosage I'm trying to use is 500IUs. I'm using an insulin syringe. How much of that insulin syringe equates to 500IUs in CC/MLs? Damnit....math is hard.

Thanks,
Dan

If you are using a powdered HCG, you can vary the concentration based upon the amount of bac-stat water you use to reconstitute it.

Example: if you have a 1000 IU HCG "chip" (looks like a hockey puck in a vial) and you add 1 ML of bac-stat, you now have 1 ML of 1000 IU HCG. To get your targeted dose of 500 IUs, you would pin .5 ML

Cheers,

What if you have a 5000iu vial that looks to be 5ML?. With the contents, I dont think 5ML will fit.

Bubba, if that's the case you could but 2ml of water and you'd have 2500iu per ml. It's just division, no secret formula. Easiest to figure out if you keep the water at a whole number or at least half.
