While out shopping I got a pack of Christmas 2.50 + TAX

I spent 10 minutes writing Merry Christmas and Thank You's on each card.

A trip to the PO to mail the cards can be incorporated into another trip. Shipping in a small USPS Priority Box 6.10.

Total time and money invested: 25 minutes total, under 10.00.

Even these young vets who r 20-22 years old. and the holidays r the rugged when u either Ha e No family or u r deployed away from them. People take what they have for granted and don't realize that everyday someone is out there protecting what they have everyday.

But really....MUCH respect to all service members, active, inactive, retired....my sister is in the military and many of my family members have served. They don't get the appreciation they deserve. A simple thank you does wonders.

Many of these men and women live out their years in VA Hospitals due to disabilities. There are 8,760 hours in a year, take less then one of those hours so they know they are not forgotten.
