Brown a pound of hamburger . (U can add some seasoned steak bits to make it screaming good)
Then drain the hamburger and put all of the following in a slow cooker or just a reg pot.
2 cans of store bought chili any flavor
2 cans diced tomatoes
2cans of kidney beans drained
2 bell peppers
1/2 white onion
Salt pepper to preferance.

It's quick easy and good.

I'll use drained and rinsed canned kidney beans, ground turkey, yellow onion, loads of garlic, fresh jalapenos, chilli powder, bell pepper and a couple cans of diced tomatoes.

Make some cornbread to go with it, you have days of bulking meals.

Yeah man, we had home cooked beans and hamhocks last night. The whole house smelled like a giant fart.

I live on beef and beans. I use 3lbs of burger, add in 3 cans of kidney beans, 3 cans of black beans, small can of diced chilis, 2 packets of seasoning, 2 cups of chunky salsa, BAM you got lunch for several days!

Not even beano can stop the seepage that rolls outta my ass. It challenges all comers. Haha

I don't mind a nice drive by in the grocery store and watch people scatter, but last night was ridiculous.

OK this was awesome. I took BubbaGump and 69s recipes and modified them to make them not so spicy. Its awesome. The black beans are a nice touch and slow cooking the stew meat is bad ass idea.. Got jalapeno corn bread in the oven right now.

You guys are tougher than me, I cant do habineros Nites. And one pack of season was enough for me Gump.

Thanks fellas
