Clen after surgery ?

Had to take off a few weeks after some outpatient surgery. Was only able to do light cardio until this week. I feel like I have gained a few pounds and was thinking about running some clen for a couple of weeks to help me drop some weight. What do you think is an appropriate dosage for a petite female?

Sorry, I have never done it nor will I touch it. I would just do light cardio until you can do some HIIT :)

Start with 20mcg and ramp up every 3 or 4 days. If you are still getting shakes don't increase the dose. Make sure you're taking taurine and a lot of water.

Why are you thinking aas for your wife to lose weight? Get her some eca and tell her to do some more cardio.

Burn the fat off much faster doing it like this
Now if you add Clen to that it will help
Significantly. You can only do Clen for
3 weeks maybe 4 max then your body adapts
To it and its not effective anymore.
Start with one tab a day and increase by one tab a
Day stop the increase when you feel a little
Shakey. Maybe back off one tab at that point
Depends on how you feel. I'd guess 2-3
Tabs a day will work for you. Along with a
Clean diet and cardio. Have fun.

I dont use clen. The actual fat loss is wayyy overhyped by the internet. Cardio and diet is the best way to lose bf%. Clen and preworkout stimulants can have some bad effects.
