    Post your Fav Pre-Workout Lineament

A different thread describing the unfortunate circumstances surrounding genitalia and the use of 'Icy Hot' sparked my thought process.

I've used a capsaicin based lineament for years which I pick up at the local pharmacy over the counter (comes in a red tube, prolly $10 US for 2 ounces).

What's your favorite pre-workout lineament for loosening tight muscles and stiff joints?

Liniment. Not supplement. Unless you make a paste and rub that shit on your joints???

I don't think you need to make a paste, although you could probably mix it with some Vicks vapor rub, which is good for minor boo boos, to make it easier to apply

Prescription DJD gel that Ive had since shoulder surgery. Have a few tubes of it. Has Lidocain/Baclofen/Diclofenaf. Prob works too well as in numbing stubborn soreness and getting loose.....

Gonna have to try that "Screaming Toast" - the name alone is too much to pass up!
