    numbness in arms and legs

Just wondering if anyone has experienced arms or legs going numb or falling asleep while just lying around. Could this have something to do with blood circulation maybe?

Re: numbness in arms and legs

I have numbness in both arms at night when I sleep, and in my legs when I sit on the throne. I've had surgery for CTS and it worked pretty well, but still get numbness in half my arm as the surgery only fixed half the problem. Obviously I am no Dr. but have seen many for this problem and they all tell me its just added pressure on the nerves from my size (temp pinched), once again no doctor but I don't think its circulatory and rather a nerve problem, best of luck

    Cheers Cotton,

Thanks for the advice, I got techniques that work well, a lot of it has to do with posture for me, your spine is like an S and if you round the upper back it actually rolls the hips forward too. So as long as I sit up straight it tends to alleviate the symptom.

    Numbness is nerves.

Thus the way you're sitting around is causing a nerve(s) to be pinched or pushed, causing numbness

Like you already said, just change the way you lay around

Also anti inflammatories may help if there's any muscle inflammation causing nerves to get less room

This is just a theory but could it be that as your mussels grow they could be putting pressure on certain nerves between the mussel and tissue? Maybe not its just a crazy thought I had.
