Andro got tested the other night... If you've been around here for a little while you will have seen my "before pics" from a few months back which is before I started dieting and trt

I saw a pro/trainer out here and did a bunch of different testing the other day...

When I started I was over 20% bf (I was told close to 22%)

Recent test results: 11.8% bf

So that's from 240@ 20%+ to ~240@ 11.8 in less than 6 months and most of my clothes don't fit anymore.

I'm very critical of myself and usually won't admit to myself if I've succeeded for fear of letting up but this is a big win! No letting up!

Yeah I was a little concerned that I wasn't GAINING much weight but the mirror and my clothes told me I was going in the right direction so I've kinda stayed away from the scale a bit. For a guy who used to be -280 it's ego crushing to struggle past 240

My fault for taking so much time off... But it's been worth the struggle and results are great

When I first started the diet I dropped to lower that what I weighed when entering high school... somewhere close to 200 and felt like a frail bitch, scared the crap outta me actually, but it all came back on in time.
