Just wanted to start a little conversation on a few compounds that seem to improve or increase vascularity. Anavar seems to help the veins some and I know back in the day when I rocked some liquid Dbol/Reforvit B that shit would really get me flowin. What do some of you like that really get the garden hoses goin? I have heard some like the effects of EQ but have never tried that compound myself personally. SO, what are some of your favorites? !SHRUGS!

I loved the vascularity that Anavar gave me, I plan on running it during my summer cycle, just one issue, I like the Inj. Var, and the Glycol in it really scares me after running it for a while. Besides that I havent used any other compounds that have caused vascularity.

I cannot isolate any compounds, I've had improvements in vascularity running HGH/TRT and also on Tren, Mast, Var, Deca, EQ and Winny. The aforementioned indicates no particular compound can be (in my case) accredited to improving vascularity. Back to my original answer: genes, hydration, clean diet and keeping your skin thin (low BF%) along with any compound is going to create more blood and of course pumping the muscles that expand the veins.

This up here. . Mast works welk at low bf numbers. Any oxide supplements.
Arginine is cheap and helps with a vascular look.

Piss on supplements and gear for creating vascularity. You can't create vascularity if your genetics place your veins further away from the skin than the average guy.

PFM nailed it again. Genetics, diet, bodyfat, and I'll throw blood pressure in there as well.

My veins have not always been easy to see. You can see them on the crack of my arm just fine but rarely had much vascularity and it always seemed they were much further away from the skin. Finally a doc told me I had "sunken veins" but they were perfect in the drawing locations so no worries.

Now that I have dropped a good bit of BF% you can see quite a bit more on me...

i ran tes E/EQ in my senior yr of college. 14wks. 400/400. From that run i got vein-ed out in my upper chest, shoulders, and bi's. Like road map style. still like that today 6yrs later

this chick i met on spring break was like WTF are you taking. Just told her oatmeal and spinich.


If you want veins EQ all day IMHO.

I stay pretty vascular because, like PFM said, genetics, I eat a clean diet, and I stay lean with my workout routines. It's all about burning adipose and stripping off any subq fat.

That being said, Dbol, Var and Mast seem to make a noticeable impact/increase in my vascularity but then again so does the dry sauna and Viagra.

hard to say. it was a while back and back than i was using drugs, drinking 3x a wk, etc etc. young + dumb ya know.

if you use lots of it, say 800mg your RBC count will go up over the course of 10-16 wks......but it really doesnt do much til wk 6 IMO. By giving blood you keep it down somewhat but you should be doing bloodwork often to monitor it.

Although I agree with PFM and Vette that genetics do play an important roll I have found a huge change in my vascularity since beginning trt and gaining over 20 pounds of muscle. Gear definitely has an impact.

The use of hgh and testosterone over the past 2 years has made a huge difference for me personally. I did not have pronounced vein running down my bicep prior to this.

I've always been nasty vascular even in high school as a 11th grader. That is just genetics. Couple that with a single digit body fat and the veins become very visible.

I've always been nasty vascular even in high school as a 11th grader. That is just genetics. Couple that with a single digit body fat and the veins become very visible.

yeah when im under 10% i look like a freak. I almost wish they were not as noticeable. than i always have to explain things to ppl.......annoying after a while

Im with pfm on this one.

I dont like eq for vascularity as the reason its making you vascular is because its fucking your bp and rbc up real nice

Thanks for all the replies. I usually am always sittin around 8.5%bf and my veins are plenty noticeable. But I have noticed an increase with certain compounds. I have also noticed that if I eat more frequently and try and get somethin down the hatch every 2.5hrs that the veins always seem to be flowin much better. With this EQ raising BP and Rbc is there a safe zone for dosage thats still effective and doesnt sky rocket everything? Never ran any EQ but I'm not opposed to trying any in the future either :-?

not really.... once EQ is really kicking in....wk9/10 your going to need to stop it shortly after cuz the BP/RBC issues. so thats why i did 14wks. and the key was 400mg. if your doing 600-800 sides will just come faster.
