    what are your goals?

    mine are 405 on the bench, 100 pnd db bench, to compete in a bench press contest. to get a safety squat bar and start doing regular squats again.

    Stay injury free is #1. Continue to spank the 150lbs guys at the gym always lifting his shirt showing those Ethiopian Abs.

    I plan to be 10 lbs up on my yearly cut, all in the wheels.

    Keep training keep growing. Stay active. Keep cardio good. Ive never really set goals in terms of numbers for working out. I dont even watch the scale. I know my body and when its preforming the way it should. It all works itself out. I would like to get more focused on diet. Learning alot by reading here.

    Get up to 225, I really wanted to DL 600 but I just hurt my back so that most likly will not happen now.

    My goal is to be as healthy as I can be later in life. One thing guys tend to forget is its not only about now. Yeah, I run tren. Yeah, I sometimes should wait a little longer before I start up again. But let me tell you I run a great pct and have ran 12 week cycles twice a year. My goal is to be fit and healthy as possible. Some guys tend to forget the more gear or the more compounds isn't better. Alot of guys add compounds to replace shitty diets. I for one am not a bb so I do not pretend to be. I power lift and enough said. I have a little bit of fat on my abs. You know what I'm cool with that cause I don't need to be 8%bf. I'm cool with my 14 now and will most likely be around ten come spring. Thanks to spongy, chicken, gh, mast, and dnp. Lol

    Correct. Stopped HRT over a year ago. Only drug in that body is Propecia.

    im messed up. hernia, shoulders, lower back. i dont move too much weight and when i do i feel it like hell in my lower left ab so i stop.

    1) INJURY FREE!

    2) Stay focused, stay motivated, stay driven!

    3) Gym minimum 4 days a week!

    4) If I'm not sweating I'm not pushing!

    5) Move up in weight or reps every week!

    6) Stronger, bigger, faster!
