    Wellness - My Story

In December 2003 I went to a dermatologist for acne caused by AAS, I was prescribed a drug called Minocycline. I took this drug daily for five months and it really cleared up my acne but soon after I started noticing bloody stools and abdominal pain. These problems kept getting worse and worse, and over a period of 2 years after being told by doctors that I just had hemorrhoids, or fissures, or I needed to drink more water etc.. The problem became so bad and so painful that I almost passed out one day at work from the pain I was finally referred to a specialist and scheduled to do a Colonoscopy.

Results from colonoscopy showed major inflammation and I was diagnosed with something I knew nothing about and never heard of before; Ulcerative Colitis

Ulcerative Colitis is an auto immune disease, and a form of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It's a disease of the colon (large intestine), that includes characteristic ulcers, or open sores. The main symptom of active disease is usually constant diarrhea mixed with blood, of gradual onset and pain to different degrees depending on the severity of the flare up.

I went from being 180lbs my junior year of high school to losing around 50 lbs over the summer. People thought I had started using Meth. The pain got worse and worse over time, and I eventually turned to recreational drugs and alcohol to mask the pain I was in. To make matters worse, I lost my local source for AAS around this time - Remember the QV (Quality Vet) bust anyone? - Operation Gear Grinder.

After seing damn near every doctor and GI specialist in my area, and trying countless medicines that had horrible side effects and didn't seem to help with the pain, I decided to go the all natural route.

I quit taking my meds and pain killers, I started having my family doc order labs for all sorts of stuff, trying to find something out of the ordinary. Everything came back within range. I tried countless herbal remedies, and found a few that seemed to help a little. Aloe Vera juice became a staple of my diet, along with slippery Elm Bark powder. I started eating healthy, focusing on whole foods and trying to follow the Paleo Diet as best I could, Got my ass back in the gym and actually started to feel a little better! Things went well for about 5 months, but then I had a flareup and my hope was lost again.

But, seeing myself gaining weight again and getting muscle back was the best thing for me. It gave me something to live for, and kept my mind off the pain - then something set a fire in me... I was going to get as big as humanly possible so that when I had these flareups I wouldn't look like a tweeker. So I made the decision to find another source, and do a cycle again.

I had two previous cycles under my belt, test only and test/deca. Decided to do a test only cycle again to see if I could get back to my previous weight. I ran Testosterone Enanthate @ 400mg/week for 12 weeks and gained back all my weight and then some!! I was extremely happy and noticed one thing during those 12 weeks. I did NOT HAVE ONE FLAREUP! I started thinking about this more and more during my PCT when I managed to have a small flareup. What if AAS could keep me in remission? what if this was what I had been looking for?

I began to research this topic, and found a couple amateur bodybuilders with Ulcerative Colitis. I spoke to one about my discovery. He was already fully aware that AAS can keep a person in remission. Why didn't my doctors prescribe this miracle drug to me I thought? After another cycle with the same results (no flareups during) I made the decision to stay on year round at a dose typically prescribed for Replacement Therapy. Since making that decision, my life has changed dramatically, I no longer battle UC, the fight is over. I won.
I have experimented with different compounds and found that Tren also does wonders for my UC. I find that certain foods that might not digest well tend to do fine while on tren. Over the last year I have been experimenting with different approaches to Blasting/Cruising and have really got to know my body and how it reacts to certain AAS.

Here is what I've collected durring my 2012 run with AAS:

1.) Dbol is fun, but so are hookers. - dbol wrecks my e2/bp etc.. Will not run this stuff ever again.
2.) Blood Work is very important, Hemo levels can get out of hand quickly
3.) The amount of Testosterone people take to make gains is dependant on the person. I used to cruise at 250mg/week, then I realized this was high for me. - Next experiment will be blasting on 250test 400tren, with a 150cruise.
4.) The ladies at Labcorp are more skilled than the doctor's office lab. No bruising to date. Thanks Mary
5.) Always aspirate, and if you move the needle slightly.. DO IT AGAIN. - My wife (and I) thought I was going to die. Coughing, gasping, convultions.. haha. This is not to be taken lightly.

Here is latest lab from halfway into a blast with dbol - note the estro I dropped the dbol, adding aromasin 12.5 eod, and cruising at 150mg/week. Will post labs in 3 weeks.

Very interesting about the UC remission during cycling. I'm going to look more into that for a family member.
    Good stuff sam!

BTW your liver values (AST/ALT) are pretty good for running dbol....and you def want to get that estro back down

Hey Sam, good info. I myself have a similar story of Colitis, was looking for some info on Test helping flares and giving energy. What med's were you on for U.C, they had me on remicade for a year. Have you taken that before?

Yes tried remicade, along with damn near every other drug out there for UC! They all come with side effects, but I like the sides from AAS better: "bigger muscles" lol.

before I found a good source for gear, I tried Prednisone and it worked wonders... if you don't have a source for gear, I recommend it if your doctor is willing to prescribe looooooonng cycles of it!

I was on almost 100mg's of pred for a year straight. not fun coming off but it kept me in remission

Ya Prednisone did not help me, it just caused more flare ups that's why they put me on Remicade. Bro that's a lot of Prednisone, side effects suck. I'm 24.
