Hello all....Introducing myself and to make some new freinds with advice and wisdom. Currently turned 40 this year. I have been lifting for past 5 years lately reps and weight down since my uncle ripped me off. Long story im sure many know. Not many freinds in the community to help me out with my progress. Currently 6'2 224lbs. Looking to hit gym in my off time with cardio every other day to cut my fat down so i can lean myself out before I really start to hit the weights heavy again along with my calorie intake. Any advice for an "older" guy to get my body fat back to where it needs to be before my next go around.
