I'm going in to get a full sleeve done and I was wondering since my delt is in my rotations will pinning through my tat cause an ill affects. Or will it ruin the tat at all.. Just curious.

I got a flu shot in my delt yrs ago after having work done and had no side effects to me or ink. I dont pin in delts unless I have to lately.

I would just try to avoid pinning it until the tattoo is healed. It be sore and tender from the tattoo, no need to jam a pin thru it.
