    Summer Sexy time, Who? When? Where? and How?

    Hey bro's and lady bro's, I have been trying to come up with the best way to go about being lean as possible this summer, my next cycle will start June 1st. I was thinking Test, Mast, Anavar, and TNE. But thats not as important as my diet, and when I should start to drop the calories, and how low I should...etc.

    Right now my diet is 5200 Calories a day, consisting of Chicken, Ezekiel Bread, Eggs, Egg whites, Brown Rice, Spinich, Tuna, Lite Balsamic Vinigrette dressing, Tomatoes, Carrots, Avocado, Greek Yogurt, Skim Milk, blueberries, and a post workout protein shake.
    137 grams of fat
    510.44 grams of Carbs
    463 Grams of Protein.

    My largest meals are Breakfast, and immediately after working out around 530-6. Then I only eat a chicken breast, and can of tuna or salmon before bed.

    Im thinking about a month before I start my cycle I will start a new diet, a cutting diet....Im 255 right now prolly around 14-15%. Should I change what I eat? I know I need to drop the calories, but how low?? Should I change my timing on eating?? Or keep it the same and just change the amount??

    Right now Im doing 15 min. of Interval Cardio, burning about 300 Cals on the stairmaster. Also thinking I should bump the time and intensity up.

    ANY ADVICE/INPUT would be much appreciated.

    If your cutting I think your diet looks fine. I would just add in more cardio and you should be fine running that kind of cycle along with eating clean like you are currently.

    Thanks Tilly, still thinking I should cut atleast a 1000 cals out of it though, and up the cardio, I really want to get lean!!

    Do you really mean that?

    Most guys mean about 10% with some abs when they write "go about being lean as possible this summer..."

    At 255 and 14% you are carrying 219 of lean body mass.

    Don't do more work to burn the calorie surplus. Reduce the calories. 1.5 g of both carbs and pro plus target 60 grams of fat and you'll be close to 3700 calories.

    I'd start there and give it 4-6 weeks before changing anything else.

    After that, the ratio adjustments will be based on how quickly and how much lower you really want your body fat.

    i was on test p, var, mast end of last summer and i noticed when i added some TNE i got a little bloated and i was eating very clean.. After reading up on tne, suspension i found that some people have complaned of water retention. Everyone is different though

    Hockey, IMO you should aim for 9-10% BF, maybe 8%, and see how you look at that point, my guess is you'll be happy with your definition and leanness. Unless, that is, you want to look like a competition bodybuilder, or cashout, in which case it will require much more work and precision.

    IMO you'll probably look sexy as hell and have women salivating on your wiener at 9-10%... Chicks sometimes don't like it when you get super super lean. Just from my experience.

    ive had this burn me twice before....... they get nervous about how they look cuz your peeled to the bone. made both want to keep their clothes on.....it sucked...bad:-S

    I would not do the stair master for cardio
    Especially kicking up the intensity on it.
    I ride the stationary bike only. 90-100
    RPM's at a tension where you are breathing
    Hard and sweating but where your legs
    Are not burning. You want to keep this
    In an aerobic state. Not a muscle burning
    State. I do this 35-45 min Max preferably
    On an empty stomach.
    My first gym when I started lifting had
    A lot of guys who competed. I'd see these
    Monsters on a little stationary bike
    Doing cardio never anything else or
    The stair master. I asked why not the stair
    Master, wouldn't you burn more calories?
    The answer was, no. All you want to do
    For cardio is to get your heart rate up
    For a prolonged period of time to kick
    Up your metabolism. If you do stairs or the
    Bike and your legs are burning then you
    Are working out that muscle and that is
    Not your purpose. Train your legs on your
    Leg day.

    Hours you then have no food in your stomach

    first....why wait til june to start? if you wanna be lean for summer why not start in May so you're peaking at the right time.

    Second.......5200 cals is a lot!! i'd cut some of them out.

    third, TNE may not be the best for cutting. personally,i would stick with just the test/mast/var.

    Ill def shoot for lean but not to lean, nor do I think I have the drive (yet) to put that much work in, and sacrifice my cheat meals and binge drinking. lol.

    Im starting my cut in may, and starting my cycle in June, thats the plan stan!

    Agreed, but Im eating super clean, and focusing on timing of carbs and protein, havent noticed much fat gain at all, Im in PCT and Im feeling great.

    Due to a few of your inputs on TNE, I will not be using it for my summer cycle, seems more like a winter thing.

    I appreciate the input, but I have a few issues.

    First off my work/school/hockey schedule doesnt allow me to do fasted cardio in the AM, I do my cardio pre workout. What would be your suggestion for that?? I have no issues riding the bike instead of the stairmaster, what would be my target heart rate for how long pre lift??

    I wish I had the time to do cardio in the AM, prolly make me feel mmmmazing for the whole day.

    Most everyone these days won't have the
    Time to do their cardio first thing in the
    Am. I personally only do this 2 months
    Out of the year right before summer
    Where I will wake up at 5 am go to the
    Gym hit cardio and abs then go home
    And get ready for work. I do this only
    When I really want to rip up for summer.
    The rest of the year I do my cardio like
    Most people when it's time convenient
    Right after my workout.
    But doing your cardio anytime that you
    Have time is fine.
    Although I would recomend you do your
    Cardio after your workout and not before
    This will give you maximum strength
    And energy for your lifting. You'll find
    That you'll have better workouts.
    As far as heart rate the formula is
    70% of your maximum heart rate
    Wich is calculated by subtracting your
    Age from 220.
    Me personally I just put the tension high
    Enough where my legs are not burning
    And I peddle fast and keep it constant.
    90-100 RPM's. for 35-45 min.
