    Cardio

    I've never had much lung capacity being an ex smoker but I'm trying to improve my endurance with cardio. Think I'm doing it wrong, I've read people will run,bike, etc after training but I've always done it before a lift. Does it matter?

    When I do cardio I prefer after lifting. I like it this way so I dont feel drained before lifting.

    I like doing cardio after the workout because there is no waiting to get the motor cookin.Your prime for fat burning right after the lifting,another thing is find a form of cardio u dont mind doing and stick with it

    If you have time split your cardio & lifting.. If not do cardio after lifting. Im fortunate enough to have the luxury of splitting mine- boxing 4days/week & lifting 4days/week

    elliptical, i try to do it at least 4 days a week.

    as gay as it sounds, spinning is insane and awesome when cutting

    It does matter. Do your cardio after.
    This way you have maximum strength
    And energy for your lifting.

    I prefer cardio after lifting for the same reason as the others have said. Plus i use it as a sort of wind down from a hard lifting session, except for leg day, then cardio sucks.
