I am new here, was referred by a mate who is helping me with my PCT and some issues, but just good to be around people who are also in the game of bodybuilding.
Currently being strength training for 2 years,
Bench and Deads are what I try max out on, Bench is around 110kg and Deads 160kg.
I weight 95kg at the moment. 24 years old, Aussie.
Just finished a PH cycle and am doing a PCT and just having a few issues but will ask them shortly.
