    Id say relative to others it'd be a 9 compared to people not competing and a 3 compared to people who are competing.

    on cleanliness mine is a 8 or 9. but with some stomach pain i have had for around 7 years my ability to eat a lot has suffered. so that would drop my number to a 7 think.

    I've been bulking for a while, I'm a naturally really skinny and lean guy so I've had greater success bulking somewhat dirty than trying to eat clean and just eat a ton.

    So, that being said, in terms of eating clean and calculating macros to the gram, I'd say I'm a 6.

    In terms of getting the results I want from my current diet, I'd say 8-9.

    To make this question relevant, one has to define the variables that are being considered in the assessment.

    So, I'll rephrase it. "How efficiently is your diet facilitating your specific goal(s)?"

    In no particular order my goals are...

    1) Maintain the highest level of health and well-being
    2) Maintain the highest quality of life and personal fulfillment
    3) Maintain the highest degree of muscular size and conditioning

    My diet does this with complete and total efficiency so I'd score it a 10.

    It is cost efficient (about $75 per week), requires little effort on my part, promotes health, and facilitates my professional and personal life, and lastly I stay jacked and ripped to the bone year round!

    Yup my diet is a ****ing 10 with helios and spongy but MY COMPLIANCE hovers around a 7.5-8 on a daily basis,

    As long as ur 90% compliant and puttin in work, from past experience the other 10% will keep u sane as far as diet compliance goes

    Mine is a 4-5 on a good day. Im lucky blessed with good genes. Im trying to eat more, I dont eat enough. Getting better though.
