To make this question relevant, one has to define the variables that are being considered in the assessment.
So, I'll rephrase it. "How efficiently is your diet facilitating your specific goal(s)?"
In no particular order my goals are...
1) Maintain the highest level of health and well-being
2) Maintain the highest quality of life and personal fulfillment
3) Maintain the highest degree of muscular size and conditioning
My diet does this with complete and total efficiency so I'd score it a 10.
It is cost efficient (about $75 per week), requires little effort on my part, promotes health, and facilitates my professional and personal life, and lastly I stay jacked and ripped to the bone year round!
