Need a little help deciphering here. My AST and ALT were high (ALT of the charts????) Anyhow, I made a mistake and did not stop my supplementation prior to Wednesday bloodwork. I did fast but didn't skip my regimen of Oil of Oreagno, Wheatgrass, HealthMax10 Silversol, and multi V. Plus last week I had been feeling a little under the weather and I was taking Oscillococcinum (commonly shortened to Oscillo) the homeopathic alternative medicine marketed to relieve influenza-like symptoms, which I downed at 7am before my 10 am blood, so I may have given myself a false positive. I was planning on pinning Monday, but maybe I should wait and get another test done???

Re: Pre Cycle bloods are in!
Our ALT will always be higher than most because we lift weights regularly.
Anti inflammatory medications, extended use of pain killers, alcohol abuse and even OTC medications can cause direct increase in alt and ast. Sometimes it can take weeks after taking medications for alt to come down.
Are you using orals in your cycle? If so i would def do another test to make sure its not just a reaction to a medication.
The alt is only mildly elevated but shouldnt be ignored, maybe you could try dropping the medications if possible and testing again in few weeks? Just my opinion.
Did you get e2 tested also?
Sorry for bumpig dislike! I hate that when im on my phone.I do now what others won't. So I can have later what others can't

You definitely need to go donate blood bro. Your RBC, hemocrit, and hemaglobin are barely below being high. Those will go up when you start. Make sure you donate before cycle AND during and keep a close eye on your bp. What compounds are you going to run?

Great job getting blood work done, very important . Brother colt pretty much hit it on the nail, but just to add my 2cents make sure u keep ur sodium down, try ur best . With the natural vitamins and keeping ur sodium low and drinking lots of water u will keep it in check.
